What in the world is this? It is called "Tuff Brake" and it is my constant companion when I am working with sheet metal. Use it whenever you are concerned about marring the metal with your hammer, mallet, or hardened steel tool. It is thin, but tough vinyl and lasts a very long time. 4" wide x 36" long. [THM-0359].
