Order Policies And Procedures



Domestic Shipments:
Jatayu offers shipping in the continental United States via Fed Ex (and occasionally United Parcel Service). When you place your order over the website your order will calculate the weight of your items and provide you with the shipping cost based on the option you choose. Options: Ground or 3 Day Select. Please note that we are only shipping to USA addresses at this time.


Merchandise Returns:
Happily, returns are few and far between. However, if we have shipped in error, we will gladly pick up the tab for the return shipping. Refund Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with a product, please arrange with Jim (jim@jimfox.net) to return the product in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund on the merchandise. Please note: Tools must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging.

Errors, Damages, and Shortages:

Resale For California Residents:
If you are purchasing supplies for resale, we require that you send us the completed CA resale card BEFORE you place your order. Once we have your California tax exempt information, a pre-approved account will be set up for you in our store that will allow you to purchase your supplies for resale. Please contact Christine (christine@jatayu.com) if you wish to set up pre-approval status. Note: Tools are taxable unless they are for resale.
