Jatayu is committed to protecting your privacy. Your name and any other personal information related to you will not be disclosed to a third party unless you give your permission, or unless the law requires us to do so.

Placing an Order:
When you place a credit card order via my website or by phone, the following information is required by my credit card processing company to complete the transaction: your name, billing address, phone number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date. All sensitive information is encrypted and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your credit card information is never stored on my computer. In case of credit card fraud, I may share your credit card information with the proper legal authority.

Web Host:
My web host maintains statistics that identify which sections of my site are popular and which are in the “dead wood” category. These stats help me make business and artistic decisions regarding my website.

Mailing Lists:
I do maintain a mailing list of people who want to be notified about class schedules and when new products are added to my site. I will only add your name to a mailing list when I have your permission and will remove your name at your request. My lists are never sold to third parties.
